In the “finca”, there’s an ecologic vegetable garden with seasonal products. We don’t use chemicals fertilizers. Some vegetables are ready to eat in summer, eg. tomatoes, corn, courgettes, aubergines, lettuces, carrots, strawberries, avocado, melon, watermelon, fresh basil, onions…

Our guests may eat the vegetables from the garden, but within reason, so that the first clients as well as the last may taste the ecological products of the season. For this reason, we have a few basic rules:

- The staff will be in charge to pick the vegetables for eating.
- Vegetables will only be picked when they have reached their full ripeness.
- Children are not allowed to walk alone in the vegetable garden.
- Respect the gardens.
